How long does setup take?
Setup and import preview are separate from the trial, so take the time you need. Enter your services and hours, bring your clients and upcoming appointments, check the preview, and start on a day you choose.
Is it for my profession?
Maestira covers hair, barbering, nails, lashes, brows, skin and facial treatments, body treatments, hair removal, massage, tattoo, permanent makeup, tattoo and PMU removal and makeup, including device-based services. A business can combine several, with different booking rules per service.
I work in a salon, or I run one. Does it fit?
Yes. A salon buys one workspace and adds its professionals; employed staff use the salon's access. An independent professional runs their own workspace and can record rent owed to a studio without joining its system. Both can work in the same building without sharing more than they agree to.
What does it cost in total?
€29 per month plus VAT for one service professional, or €49 with AI, plus €9 per month for each additional bookable professional. There is no free plan: after the trial you choose a paid plan or stop. No plan limits your bookings. SMS and WhatsApp messages are paid separately; email confirmations and reminders are included.

Do I need the AI plan?
No. Reports, automation, import and export, packages and settlements are all in Maestira without AI. Maestira AI adds help with specific tasks, such as tidy visit notes and draft replies, on a separate plan.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export keeps clients, appointments, history, the photos and documents your business is allowed to keep and the links between them, not only a contact list. After the trial or a subscription ends your records are preserved and the export stays available during the transition period.
